Garden Center Yard Worker/Delivery Driver - $1,000 Hiring Bonus!

Position Details:
• $20 to $25 per hour with overtime opportunities
• Full-Time; 9-10 Month Position (laid off after Christmas)
• Monday through Friday; 7:30A to 4P
• Applicant must be available for work beginning in March 2024

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to our clients while representing the company in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely operate and maneuver a dump truck and box truck, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct routine inspections of trucks for mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries; load and unload plant materials and hardgoods.
• Forklift/front end loader experience; moving and stocking of materials up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow directions as well as work independently to complete assigned tasks.
• Receiving, stocking, and moving merchandise; performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, free from any major violations.
• Good physical condition, honesty, reliability, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to commit to a 40-hour work week March through December.
• Effective and relevant work experience in landscape and nursery industry or equivalent.

April 18th- Driftwood wind chime
Use a unique piece of driftwood, shells, and beads to create a Cape Cod style wind chime. Suitable for ages 6+. Children may need additional help. $25.00
